Step 1: Visit the official land record website of Maharashtra mahabhulekh.maharashtra.gov.in. It is also known as e maha bhumi.

Step 2: Select the district. There is a drop down menu where you can select the district to check the land records. After clicking on the Go button you will be redirected to a new page.

Step 3: Then you need to select Taluka (Tehsil) and Village from the drop down menu.

Step 4: By entering the survey number or by entering the name you can search the 7/12 record of land.

Step 3: Then select the year, district and enter the name of the village for finding the property details.

Step4: Now, you need to enter the Property number SurveyNo./CTSNo./MilkatNo./GatNo./PlotNo.

Step1 : Visit the official land records website of Gujarat https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/. And it is also known as anyror.

Step 2: Then click on view Land Record. If you want to know the land records of rural areas then click on the VIEW LAND RECORD – RURAL and if you want to know about the land record of urban areas then click on the VIEW LAND RECORD – URBAN. 

Step 3: After that, you will be redirected to the page for knowing 7/12 (Satbara) records.

Step 3: From the drop down menu, you can select any option that you 

want to search by-survey number details, note number details, by owner 

Name, by month-year, etc.  

Step 4: Now, select the district, taluka, village, and survey number.

Step 5: Then, enter the verification code and click on the Get Detail button.

Step 2: Click on the “Property Search” which is showing in the top menu.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. On the new page you can search the record property wise, document number year wise, and name wise. Then enter the district, applicant name, Sub-Registar office, and many more. Select the appropriate option for checking property land records.
